About Me

I built this practice because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, accomplished women sitting in exam rooms describing symptoms that were real and disruptive and being told their labs were normal, or worse, being dismissed altogether. My path to this work has taken me to some of the world's top institutions. I started at Yale University where I studied epidemiology, to Brown University for medical school, and finally to residency at Columbia University, where I saw firsthand how the complexity of hormonal health was consistently underserved by the constraints of conventional care.

After residency I pursued advanced specialty training in menopause medicine, integrative hormonal care, and sexual health, becoming one of fewer than 5,000 physicians in the world to hold the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner designation.

I founded Meridian Medical for the patients the system keeps missing — the ones who've done the research, know something is off, and just haven't found a physician willing to sit with the complexity of their case long enough to actually figure it out.

I'm so glad you're here and I can't wait for us to get started.
