Navigate Membership
$95/month
The Navigate Membership is an affordable and flexible month-to-month concierge service designed for ongoing support and guidance in your health journey. This membership provides continuous access to expert advice through secure messaging, plus one annual visit to reassess your progress and adjust your wellness plan as needed. Perfect for maintaining momentum between appointments and ensuring you always have professional guidance when questions arise. This membership is only for women who have completed a comprehensive initial assessment or program and want ongoing support, medication management, and expert guidance without the commitment of a longer-term program. If the need for new medications or testing are identified, individual follow up appointments can be booked for $150 each.
